La Boca

In the heart of the German Colony is a unique kosher restaurant serving her customers not only with a feast rich in aromas and taste, but a culinary tour of the continent from which the Salsa, Samba and Tango emerged. A mix of Latin flavors concocted in Emeq Refaim…

The restaurant was opened by the chef Guy Kimchi, who studied to become a Chef abroad and returned to Israel several years ago, to work in prestigious restaurants such as Raphael in Tel Aviv.

The concept of La Boca is an innovative Latin concept, creating a mix of aromas and tastes which are not affiliated exclusively with one country or another. Kimchi expands: "We gather the leading local tastes from each of the countries on the Latin continent and adjusted each dish to fit the Israeli palate, for example we serve the Peruvian national dish Ceviche in a slightly less sour version than the one you would find on the streets of Lima and Cusco, and indeed, this dish has been showered with praise from the day we opened."
