The Dallal-Pastry Shop, which Pastry-chef Aner Dallal and his team stand behind, is on the line between the Israeli nostalgia and the European classics. The Pastry Shop specializes in baking while using first-class raw materials and traditional working techniques.
Alongside the variety of filled Croissants (such as almonds, pistachio and chocolate), you will find Brioche, Baked Puff-Pastry, Rugelach, Cheese Muffins’ and Cakes made of yeast. Along side the desserts such as Tiramisu and Moss Cake, there is a wide range of products served including Mini Pastries, Cakes and Biscuits. The Sourdough-based breads are freshly baked including: Rye Nuts Bread, White Bread, Focaccia with olive oil , Whole Wheat Bread, Whole- Grained Bread with Nuts and Rye Bread 100% Rye Sourdough and honey .On Fridays fresh Hallahs’ are sold.
The design of the Pastry Shop is warm and cozy and the display of the pastries is full and inviting. Baking is done in a few rounds, so the smell of fresh baked pastries is there on a regular basis.
