In his original way, Adoni combines the meticulous European kitchen into the Israeli - Mediterranean melting pot. Using highest seasonal quality ingredients, fish and fresh seafood, lamb and beef, etc. Self production of Leavened Breads, Pastas, Sorbets, Ice Creams, Confiture and Sauces, Catit restaurant offers a unique culinary creation according to the classic cooking principles - modern with authentic flavors and aromas.
Catit Restaurant was established in 2002 in Ruth village, out of the dream and love for cooking. In 2013 it has moved to its new location, alongside its little sister – the MIZLALA restaurant. The restaurant is located in a historic building, which is a part of the buildings of the "White City" and an architectural pearl that won a strict preservation and recognition of UNESCO.
